James spent his early years with a global recruiting firm building up two key markets in Texas and the Mid-Atlantic. Since 2015, he has been tasked with starting up new Construction Management businesses from a standing start and helping grow and manage high performance teams. As the token Texan of the bunch, he does his best to help Ryan and Jenny adapt to life in the South. When he is not recruiting, you can find his 4Runner in the wild somewhere.
